35M40 Senior Strategic Debriefer Sergeant
Obtains critical intelligence information through interrogations, source operations, debriefings, liaison and key leader engagements; uses interpreters or foreign language capability to translate and interpret intelligence; supervises intelligence operations and provides technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to subordinates; reviews reports and assists in presenting information to superiors or briefing products.




HUMINT Collection Sergeant
Serves as a Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Collection Sergeant and Multi-Function Team (MFT) Squad Leader of eight Soldiers assigned to a Military Intelligence Company providing HUMINT support to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (AASLT); conducts and supervises Military Source Operations (MSO) responsible for having a team available to deploy in support of operations supporting the Battalion, Brigade, and Division level; trains and mentors junior HUMINT Collectors and Cryptographic Linguist in MOS related skills and warrior task and battle drills within the platoon; responsible for $450,000 of Army equipment.




35M30 Multifunction Team (MFT) Leader
Serves as Multifunction Team (MFT) Leader in a Multifunction Platoon of the 307TH Airborne Engineer Battalion (AEB), 82ND Airborne Division, responsible for the training, morale, discipline, and accountability of seven Paratroopers; oversees HUMINT and SIGINT Collection training missions and MFT integration in support of 1st Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment (PIR) through JOAX 14-01 and 1-505 PIR Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise (EDRE); provides quality control of Intelligence and Operational reporting; responsible for the accountability and maintenance of equipment valued in excess of $150,000.




35ML3 Counterintelligence Agent
Performs duties of preceding skill level and provides guidance to subordinates; directs the conduct of investigations, translation, and interpretation functions; assists in directing counterintelligence force protection operations (CFSO); edits investigation reports, translation reports, and IIRs. Monitors investigations and translations for accuracy and completeness; determines requirements for summary, extract, or complete translation of documents.




35M HUMINT Collector
35M HUMINT Collector Performs duties shown in preceding skill level and provides guidance to subordinate Soldiers; supervises, plans, conducts elicitations and debriefings in English and foreign languages; screens HUMINT sources and documents to establish priorities for exploitation; plans and participates in HUMINT source operations; performs translation and exploitation of captured enemy foreign and open source documents; prepares and reviews appropriate intelligence and operational reports; uses interpreters and manages interpreters/translator operations; conducts liaison and coordination in English and target language; performs analysis as required and conducts briefings.






MOS 35M - Human Intelligence Collector

Major Duties. Conducts interrogations, source operations, debriefings, and screening; acts as intelligence liaison in all conflict phases in support of multi-domain operations at every echelon; identifies adversarial elements, activities, intentions, capabilities, and locations through the questioning of people in the operating environment (OE); performs HUMINT collection in English and foreign languages; questions enemy prisoners of war and other detainees, enemy deserters, internally displaced persons, liaison contacts, friendly forces, and other strategic sources; prepares, edits, and disseminates intelligence and technical reports; uses Army HUMINT computer information systems and communications equipment to address intelligence requirements and situational awareness; uses and manages interpreters when applicable; plans and conducts HUMINT operations; uses analytic techniques, tools, and databases to develop, execute, and assess HUMINT operations; uses classified databases and publicly available information for research; employs security measures to reduce signatures; conducts coordination in English and foreign languages with host-nation and coalition agencies.

MOSC 35M1L. Performs interrogations, source operations, debriefings, and screenings in support of multi-domain operations to address intelligence requirements; performs HUMINT collection in English and foreign languages; prepares and submits intelligence and technical reports using Army HUMINT information systems and communications equipment; uses interpreters when applicable; uses analytic techniques, tools, and databases to develop and execute HUMINT collection; uses classified databases and publicly available information for research; and employs collection security measures to reduce the signature of HUMINT collection; operates in the land, cyber, air, and maritime domains as part of an Army HUMINT collection element in a joint/combined operating environment; conducts HUMINT operations at every echelon IAW applicable laws, policies, treaties, regulations, and unit SOP.

MOSC 35M2L. Performs duties shown in preceding skill level; leads and provides guidance to subordinate Soldiers; performs controlled source operations and conducts debriefing and intelligence liaison duties; prioritizes HUMINT sources for questioning; supervises language proficiency training and manages assigned interpreters; prepares, edits, and submits intelligence and technical reports using Army HUMINT information systems and communications equipment; supervises and conducts analysis and research to develop and execute HUMINT collection; supervises and employs collection security measures to reduce the signature of HUMINT collection; conducts briefs as required; serves as unit command language program manager (CLPM); operates in the land, cyber, air, and maritime domains as part of an Army HUMINT collection element in a joint/combined operating environment; conducts HUMINT operations at every echelon IAW applicable laws, policies, treaties, regulations, and unit SOP.

MOSC 35M3L. Performs duties shown in preceding skill levels; leads Soldiers in the execution of HUMINT collection; supervises source operations, interrogations, debriefing, intelligence liaison, and prioritization of HUMINT sources for questioning; prepares, edits, and disseminates intelligence and technical reports using Army HUMINT information systems and communications equipment; supervises and conducts analysis and research to develop, execute, and assess HUMINT collection; oversees collection security measures to reduce the signature of HUMINT collection; operates in the land, cyber, air, and maritime domains as part of an Army HUMINT collection element in a joint/combined operating environment; conducts HUMINT operations at every echelon IAW applicable laws, policies, treaties, regulations, and unit SOP.

MOSC 35M4L. Performs duties shown in preceding skill levels and manages collective HUMINT collection operations; manages source operations, debriefing operations, intelligence liaison activities, interrogation operations, and screening operations; integrates cultural intelligence and analysis into HUMINT operations; serves as an advisor to the command and staff on HUMINT operations, training, policies, and procedures; participates in HUMINT support to the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP); coordinates external capabilities to support HUMINT operations; edits and disseminates intelligence and technical reports using Army HUMINT information systems and communications equipment; manages analysis and research to develop, execute, and assess HUMINT collection; assesses the effectiveness of HUMINT collection; manages collection security measures to reduce the signature of HUMINT collection; manages a language-training program; operates in the land, cyber, air, and maritime domains as part of an Army HUMINT collection element in a joint/combined operating environment; conducts HUMINT operations at every echelon IAW applicable laws, policies, treaties, regulations, and unit SOP.
