Brigade HR Technician 420A
Serves as the Human Resources (HR) technical expert on regulatory matters, HR systems, HR Services and other HR issues; responsible for the proper execution of HR systems at the brigade and below level and ensuring the HR database is properly maintained, updated, and accurate; facilitates brigade HR training; supervises Personnel Information Management (PIM), HR services, Personnel Automation Systems (PAS) management, HR technical and system training, records management, casualty operations and the LOD process; provides HR technical oversight and HR systems oversight; reviews personnel actions prepared by the brigade S-1 and battalion S-1 sections and ensures regulatory guidance is applied and enforced.


Military Personnel Technician
Military Personnel Technician of the multi-component Sustainment Brigade (Modular), deployed to Iraq in support of OIF 08-10; provides combat personnel support to 4 Battalions and 3200 Soldiers; serves as the Human Resources (HR) advisor for the Brigade and Battalions S1s; responsible for the management and functionality of all HR systems, eMILPO, eTOPMIS, TOPMIS II, EDAS, RLAS, DTAS, DCIPS, HURS; responsible for the Brigade's daily JPERSTAT reports and DTAS reconciliation; provides guidance on administrative programs, casualties, replacement operations, Personnel Information Management, and Personnel Readiness Management; oversees the Essential Personnel Services delivery of the Section, including awards, evaluations, R&R, personnel actions, finance, Officer/Enlisted promotions; advises the Brigade's HR personnel on all personnel matters and personnel systems.


Human Resources (HR) Technical Officer
Human Resources (HR) Technical Officer responsible for executing overall HR services and administrative support functions for an Airborne Infantry Brigade Combat Team (BCT) comprised of over 3,500 personnel; primary advisor to the Brigade S-1 on all HR matters; manages the Brigade S-1 Human Resources Services & Support (HRSS) section; provides guidance to Battalion S1 sections, and ensures operational compliance with HR support functions; manages administrative processing of military evaluations; military decorations and awards, military promotions and individual personnel actions; maintains and updates individual Soldier records; additionally serves as Site Survey Manager for the Common Access Card system and as Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO); Supervises six Human Resources paratroopers.


Brigade HR Technician/420AP
Human Resource Technician for the 4th Brigade Combat Team consisting of over 3500 Soldiers in support of the 18 hour, no notice, worldwide deployment mission of the 82nd Airborne Division; serves as the HR technical advisor to the Brigade S1, the Brigade Command Group, and six subordinate Battalion S1's on all personnel and administrative programs involving replacement operations, readiness, HR policy, personnel accounting and strength reporting, and personnel services with a focus on officer/enlisted promotions, evaluations, SRP, finance, actions, and all DA HR database systems (DCIPS, DTAS, TPS, EDAS, TOPMIS, and DEERS); provides field feedback to the Division G1 to further enhance the implementation of the Personnel Services Delivery Redesign program throughout the Army; leads, trains, and mentors an HR Management Center consisting of one junior officer, 7 NCOs and 9 junior enlisted Soldiers.


Brigade HR Technician/420A
Brigade Human Resource Technician for the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade Task Force consisting of over 3000 Soldiers, a Force-Entry Brigade in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault); serves as the HR technical advisor to the Brigade S1, the Brigade Command Group, and subordinate unit S1 personnel on all personnel and administrative programs involving casualty operations, replacement operations, readiness, HR policy, personnel accounting and strength reporting, postal operations and personnel services with a focus on evaluations, awards, finance, DA HR database systems, officer and enlisted promotions during combat; provides field feedback to the Army G1 to further enhance the implementation of the Personnel Services Delivery Redesign program throughout the Army; leads and mentors a HR Management Center consisting of one junior officer, six NCOs and three junior enlisted Soldiers.
