Bandsperson
Performs music on woodwind instruments; maintains proficiency in a variety of musical styles, including marching band, ceremonial band, concert band, jazz band, and popular compositions; serves in a variety of supporting roles while performing on flute, clarinet, and saxaphone in settings ranging from solo performances to full orchestra concerts; tunes instruments; adjusts sound systems; transposes music; performs operator maintenance on all assigned musical equipment.


Army Bandperson - any skill level
Performs all applicable styles of music on (insert instrument); Expected styles include, but are not limited to the following: marching band, ceremonial band, concert band, jazz band, and popular compositions; Performs on (insert instrument) in a variety of ensembles, ranging from solo performance to full concert band; tunes his (insert instrument) to a given pitch;Transposes moderately easy music; Discriminates and matches pitch; Performs operator maintenance on all assigned musical equipment.
