Serves as Family Nurse Practitioner ISO Tripler Army Medical Center; provides primary care for Soldiers and civilians and their families; supervises a support staff of six NCOs and three civilians; documents health histories; performs physical examinations; orders and/or performs diagnostic tests; analyzes laboratory data, develops and implements plans of care; prescribes medicine and courses of action; collaborates with other health professionals; refers patients to specialty care when required.




66P Family Nurse Practitioner
Serves as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC); provides primary healthcare for adults and children; acts as Family Medicine Physician and Physician Assistant IAW AR 601-142; delivers primary, secondary, and tertiary levels of care to facilitate health, wellness, and disease and injury prevention; records health histories; performs physical examinations; orders and interprets diagnostic and laboratory tests; prescribes pharmacological agents and non-pharmacologic therapies; counsels patients.
