o led 17 members that provided health services to Fiji and the Philippines; efforts enhanced national relationships and the one-health initiative
o sourced more than 800 Army medical personnel deployed in direct support of health services augmentation program supporting 200 war fighting requirements world wide
o conducted over 900 comprehensive analyses of medical assets and manpower which enabled echelons to make critical decisions concerning requests for forces
o assumed the role of Health Benefits advisor, a position normally held by a GS-11, and conducted daily interactions with over 9,000 beneficiaries related to benefits and insurance inquiries
o conducted 14 base indoctrination briefings on medical benefits and eligibility; improved confidence in the Patient Advocacy center
o coordinated with Army Reserve leadership across 13 units affecting 320 Soldiers' medical readiness
o developed and presented the Tricare for Life briefing, educating over 1,000 beneficiaries on their transition to medicare
o led the command initiative to recapture over 2,500 beneficiaries, saving the command an estimated $1,000,000 in medical expenses
o served as Health Benefits Advisor and provided exceptional TRICARE Program management, flawlessly processing more than 700 referrals, over 200 PCM changes, and processed $200,000 in medical claims
o reviewed over 2,000 medical documents supporting more than 80 cases resulting in 31 cases being adjudicated by DMPM of which 15% were medically separated and 85% were retained for service
o served as Line of Duty (LOD) and Medical Retention Review (MRR) coordinator; reviewed and processed over 5,000 medical documents for 89 cases
o processed 48 medical hard hold waivers and 37 medical retention waivers which ensured proper deployability
o assisted in the coordination of specialty care for 70 Army and National Guardsmen in the Warrior Transition program
o managed 77 COVID-19 cases IAW CDC guidelines, resulting in zero deficiencies
