FOR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT AS HELP DESK TECHNICIAN IN SUPPORT OF OPERATION ALLIED SPIRIT FROM THE 4th OF JANUARY TO THE 2nd OF FEBRUARY 2018. SPECIALIST BLACK'S UNPRECEDENTED PERFORMANCE, IMMEASURABLE DEDICATION AND COMMITMENT WAS PARAMOUNT IN THE SUCCESS OF ALLIED SPIRIT EIGHT. SPECIALIST BLACK'S SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF DUTY REFLECTS GREAT CREDIT UPON HIMSELF, THE 1st AIR CAVALRY BRIGADE, THE 1st CALVALRY DIVISION AND THE UNITED STATES ARMY.




For meritorious service as the LAN Manager, S-6, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armor Division, for the period 15 July 2010 to 10 July 2012. Corporal Maxwell distinguished himself by assuming responsibility for establishing and maintaining both garrison and tactical networks for the battalion. He developed and implemented standard operating procedures for the S-6 section that facilitated an efficient and well maintained help desk to support personnel assigned to the Special Troops Battalion. The Special Troops Battalion was constantly recognized as the best maintained S-6 within the 3rd Brigade by the Brigade S-6. Corporal Maxwell's devotion to duty, perseverance, and exemplary performance reflect great credit upon himself, the 3rd Brigade Special Troops Battalion, and the United States Army.




Private First Class Arthur M. Sullivan distinguished himself by meritorious service while assigned as Help Desk Technician, Base Command Post, 45th Space Wing, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida from 14 February 2010 to 20 February 2011. During this period, in this important assignment, Private Sullivan played XBOX and PS3 while pretending to pull radio guard and manage the Help Desk. He continually gave customers attitude and made them feel like idiots when asked simple questions in relation to all tasks within the scope of the Help Desk. The distinctive accomplishments of Private Sullivan reflect great credit upon himself, the 45th Space Wing and the United States Army.
