Sergeant Erlich played an integral role in recruiting, sustaining and enlisting personnel into the Virginia Army National Guard. Sergeant Erlich mentored over 100 new recruits supported by the Virginia Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion and ensured they were physically, mentally, and emotionally prepared to face the challenges of Basic Combat Training.
