For exceptionally meritorious service while assigned as a Counter Rocket Artillery Mortar Sense and Warn Team Leader from 10 August 2007 through 2 Jan 2008. As a member of the Multinational Division Center South Sense and Warn section at Camp Bravo, Ad Diwaniyah, Iraq, SGT Rock played a vital role in the sucess of the mission. When an IDF attack disabled the main generators powering the Tactical Operations Center and the Sense and Warn system Lightweight Counter Mortar Radars, SGT Rock took immediate action. With no radar coverage and still under Red conditions, SGT Rock moved to the Special Forces compound and completely assembled and activated their Counter Mortar Radar. This provided Camp Bravo with temporary Radar coverage for 12 hours until the main generators were repaired. SGT Rock's dedication and devotion to duty is in keeping with the finest traditions of the Army and reflects great credit upon himself, the Strike First Battallion, and the United States Army.

As the Supply NCOIC for Dental Clinic #1, you provided critical technical support to the organization by timely management of expenditures in excess of $800,000. Your contributions serve as a sterling example of the effective and judicious use of organizational funds and resulted in continuous pro-active solutions ensuring the availability of non-expendable, durable and expendable supplies and equipment. Your actions produced a zero balance of all funds prior to Army mandated fiscal year closeout and ensured the continued success of the mission of the USADENTAC. Your actions as Supply NCOIC, Dental Clinic #1, bring great credit upon yourself, the U.S. Army Materiel Command, and the United States Army.

Master Sergeant Albert C. Cunningham distinguished himself by meritorious service as Support Operations Sergeant for the 3d Corps Support Command (COSCOM), V Corps, Germany. As Support Operations Sergeant, he deployed in support of both OPERATIONS IRAQI and ENDURING FREEDOM. Displaying great courage and mission focus, he personally led reconnaissance teams on several missions into enemy territory by ground and air to locate and identify high-value, non-mission capable equipment requiring retrograding. In addition, his leadership and expertise was integral to the relocation of V Corps integrated headquarters over 1,000 kilometers with no loss of communication or control. Furthermore, he spearheaded the analysis of severe damage to several of the Attack Helicopter Regiment's aircraft after a major enemy attack, coordinated the delivery of critical repair parts and arranged the required depot maintenance deployment which led to 100% mission restoral in less than five days. The distinctive accomplishments of Master Sergeant Cunningham reflect credit upon himself, V Corps, and the United States Army.

Sergeant Roger A. Daltry distinguished himself by meritorious service as an Information Systems Analyst, 25th Infantry Division, U.S. Army Garrison, Hawaii, from 11 December 2003 to 30 April 2006. During this period, Sergeant Daltry's outstanding professionalism, technical expertise, and dedication to duty contributed greatly to the overall mission accomplishment of this highly diversified division. Sergeant Daltry repaired more than 200 small computers base-wide and saved the government over 100,000 dollars in repair costs. He excelled at customer education and provided 12 software classes to joint service members saving the goverment an estimated 72,000 dollars in tuition costs. Sergeant Daltry's assistance to an Air Force engineering and installation team during the cutover of the communications center's switching system, which routed critical command and control message traffic, ensured a successful conversion with zero downtime. In addition, his efforts in tracking and removing several computer viruses isolated the loss of data and and saved the entire installation from a catastrophic communications outage. SGT Daltry's performance brings great credit upon himself, the 25th Infantry Division, and the United States Army.

For exceptionally meritorious service as a Communication Electronics Staff Officer and Headquarters Company Commander, 214th Engineer Combat Battalion (Heavy) from 11 November 2001 to 14 May 2003. CPT Crunch's astute guidance resulted in excellent communications support to his battalion during an ARTEP, CPX, and an eleven month construction project. His outstanding management skills ensured continued mission accomplishment of this diverse company and its consolidated dining facility. His ability to balance his responsibilities as Commander, CESO, and Dining Facility Supervisor resulted in maximum readiness for the unit. CPT Crunch's performance of duty brings distinct credit upon himself, the 22nd Engineer Brigade, and the United States Army.
