Duty Description: Provides emergency medical treatment, limited primary care, force health protection and evacuation in a variety of operational and clinical settings from point of injury or illness through the continuum of military health care; administers emergency and routine medical treatment to battle and non-battle casualties; assists with outpatient care and treatment and supervises field and clinical medical facilities under the supervision of a physician, nurse or physicians assistant; develops and trains soldiers through MOS enhancement. Physical Fitness & Military Bearing: I expect all Soldiers to maintain a military appearance at all times. You will meet the standard as well as enforce the standard. This includes meeting standards IAW AR 600-9 and AR 670-1. I expect you to actively engage in physical training with your soldiers, leading them by example. I expect the utmost respect when dealing with seniors, peers, and subordinates. Initials_______

Leadership: I expect leaders to demonstrate a caring demeanor while fostering a teamwork environment. I expect you as a leader to communicate, not only with your subordinates, but also with your peers and seniors. Open lines of communication will make for a more cohesive team. Be a proactive leader that identifies a problem then develops a plan to fix it. I expect you to always place the mission first and instill the spirit to achieve in your soldiers by inspiring them. To set the example through the Be, Know, Do philosophy. My job is to take care of you and in turn I expect you to take care of your soldiers. Remember you are always being watched so lead by example.

Counseling: You are responsible for conducting monthly counseling with your Soldiers and ensuring your squad leaders conduct counseling for their Soldiers. Ensure the following topics are addressed: what was done correctly (sustain), what needs improvement (improve), scheduled events, education, and current promotion status/potential. I will screen all counseling statements on the 25th of the month and return them within 72 hours. Initials_______

Training: I expect all soldiers to maintain mission focus and deliver optimal performance. I expect each Soldier to train each other. Facilitating training can be as simple as having a PVT. Train the section. They learn through teaching. Training should be realistic, effective, and to standard. It is a Soldier's personal responsibility to complete their monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annual training IAW AR 350-1. Initials______

Responsibility & Accountability: I expect all soldiers to be vigilant in regards to Soldier and equipment safety. To use good supply discipline, conserving supplies and funds. Take responsibility for yourself and your Soldiers. Initials______
