13A Battery Executive Officer
The HIMARS FA Battery Executive Officer and Operations Officer: directs and synchronizes administrative, logistical, and operational functions; enforces CMDP and CSDP; monitors pacing items, equipment readiness, and maintenance status; supervises property accountability, inventories, and physical security; coordinates with battalion staff to align operations with higher directives; manages training meetings, readiness reporting, and mission prep; integrates training plans and certifications; collaborates with 1SG, Supply, and Motor Sergeants to sustain personnel, supply, and maintenance; oversees awards, personnel actions, and evaluations; mentors junior leaders to develop tactical and technical proficiency; prioritizes critical tasks and resolves time-sensitive issues in garrison and field; assumes command responsibilities during Battery Commander absence to maintain continuity.


13A Battery Commander
Serves as a Battery Commander in an Airborne Field Artillery Regiment of the xxxxxxx; supports a mission of xxxxxxx; assists in the coordination, planning, and resourcing of battery and regimental level events; in charge of over 80 Paratroopers and accountable for over $1 million dollars of property.


13A Field Artillery Officer
Commands one or more field artillery batteries; conducts and directs field artillery training, convoys and activities; provides indirect fire of HE and illumination to supported units; maintains operability of 7 howitzers and supporting vehicles and communications equipment; coordinates the efforts of Forward Observer, FDC, Gunners, Comm, and Aid station; ensures readiness by maintaining MOS qualification and deployment readiness of all personnel.


13A Field Artillery Officer
Commands field artillery units; plans, coordinates, and directs field artillery activities within the command; directs technical fire control and firing operations using both manual and computer techniques; coordinates the collective employment of joint and combined fire support assets to include non-lethal systems in support of the combined arms commander; participates in the planning and development of doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and soldier initiatives to support the field artillery's role in combined arms operations.
