Contracting Management Officer
Brigade Liasion Officer to Combined Joint Task Force (CJTF) - Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR) 3-Star Headquarters and the Special Operations Joint Task Force (SOJTF) - OIR 2-Star Headquarters; interfaces with and advises the Operational Contract Support Integration Cells (OCSIC) of both headquarters; performs duties as the contracting advisory member on the CJTF-OIR Joint Requirements Review Board (JRRB) and the SOJTF-OIR JRRB in the validation of emerging requirements and as advisory member on the CJTF-OIR Joint Contract Review Board (CRRB) to review the performance and continuation of existing contracting vehicles; interfaces with CENCTOM OSCIC Vendor Vetting Division; maintains awareness of emerging requirements from the Counter-ISIL Train and Equip Funding Board (CTEFB) and the CJTF-OIR Construction, Administration, Facilities, and Equipment (CAFEB); maintains situational awareness of operational lines of effort from the CJTF-OIR Requirements and Sustainment Council of Colonels (CoC).
Contingency Contracting Officer
Serves as a Contingency Contracting Officer for a deployable Contingency Contracting Team: provides the supported commanders enhanced operational flexibility by leveraging the local economy for contracted life and logistic support; responsible for contracting supplies, services and minor construction supporting the 60,000 Soldiers and Civilians in USARPAC with operational and garrison contract support; deploys in support of Combined/Joint TSCP and JCS exercises throughout the PACOM AOR; trains, appoints and supervises Field Ordering Officers and Contracting Officers Representatives; provides contracting advice to unit commanders and S4s.
