56A Battalion Chaplain
Battalion Chaplain for [UNIT]; provides religious, spiritual, moral and ethical support for [XX] companies with [XX] personnel; advises the Battalion Commander on religious support, the personal impact of command policies, leadership practices, and management systems; advises on the spiritual, ethical, and moral well-being of the command; provides pastoral care and resilience efforts to sustain Soldiers and family members; participates in and leads the Battalion Wellness Working Group as the deliberate body to provide consolidated assessments on high and medium risk Service Members within the Command; advises the Commander on religious accommodation in accordance with AR 600-20; executes staff responsibilities as assigned by the Commander; actively supports the commander's safety, suicide prevention, retention, behavioral health and wellness programs.


56A BDE Chaplain
Personal staff officer to the commander for matters in which religion impacts command programs, personnel, policies, and procedures; coordinates/directs a complete program of religious ministries, pastoral counseling, religious education and other activities for the 130th MEB Soldiers and Family members; provides leadership for moral, ethical, and human self-development programs; plans and implements the Commander's Religious Program; coordinates efforts of BDE Religious Affairs NCO and religious support volunteers and mentors subordinate unit ministry teams; ensures appropriate religious rites for weddings, funerals, baptisms, worship and counseling are available to all Soldiers; executes staff responsibilities as assigned by the commander; actively supports the commander's safety, suicide prevention, retention, behavioral health and reintegration programs.


Unit Chaplain
Provides senior leadership, management, technical and tactical expertise while serving as the Unit Chaplain; shapes the environment to accomplish the Commander's Religious Support mission by providing technical expertise in religious support operations and the impact of religion on the unit and the mission; responsible for the planning, training, professional growth and career development of two chaplain assistants; manages the Battalion Unit Ministry Team (UMT) hand-receipt; advised senior enlisted leaders on chaplain roles and functions, and provides feedback related to unit morale and Soldier spiritual fitness, readiness, and resiliency.


Senior Chaplain
Serves as Senior chaplain to the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), a multi-service interagency consisting of 23 locations in 17 states; recommends policy to the Command Chaplain; provides technical expertise in religious support operations; analyzes religious data and its impact on the unit and mission; synchronizes religious support requirements with staff; provides direct support to Forward Operational Assessment Teams; develops plans, orders and annexes; supervises implementation of Spiritual Fitness Programs; conducts specialized counseling; manages property and funds of a $40k budget


Chaplain
Plans for, coordinates, and oversees religious support for all religious facilities on Bagram Air Base, a FOB with more than 30,000 Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, and civilians; integrates religious operations tasks into the total joint, interagency, and multi-national environment; assists in the development and training of resident Unit Ministry Teams; supports and assists the combat stress control team; responsible for executing the USFOR-A mandate on ASIST training by coordinating, conducting, and supervising ASIST training throughout RC-East.


Chaplain
Performs strategic planning for the religious support operations of the brigade and subordinate units; adapts Unit Ministry Team (UMT) support to unit's METT-T; coordinates the implementation of the Religious Support Program and Command Master Religious Program; assists Soldiers in developing moral values and resolving conflict; supports the combat stress control team; organizes religious retreats and suicide prevention training; coordinates rites, sacraments, ordinances, and the UMT Family Readiness Program.


Chaplain
Integrates Religious Operations, Spiritual Readiness, and Basic Human interaction tasks into the total joint, interagency, intergovernmental and Mulit-National environment; sychronizes religious support and integrates the Unit Ministry Team into a tactical element to support the Commander's Religious Support Program; mantains reports, files and administrative processes for religious operations; maintains, and supervises religious support facilities, staff and operations.
