Director of Quality and Risk Management
Organizes, directs, and implements the 39th Medical Group's performance improvement and risk management programs; ensures compliance with quality-of-care standards published by the Joint Commission (TJC); develops and implements process and systems which identify and reduce risk of harm and Potentially Compensable Events (PCE); ensures delivery of safe, high quality patient care to 1.6K beneficiaries in defense of NATO's southern flank.
