70E Patient Administration Officer
Advises commanders and staff in all aspects of patient administration; plans, organizes, directs, and controls patient administration in a variety of health care settings; collects and analyzes patient and institutional data; assists medical staff in evaluating quality of patient care and in developing criteria and metrics for such an evaluation; serves as an adviser on matters pertaining to health services facility management, organization, operation, professional staff functions, and standards prescribed by the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Health Care Organizations;


70E Patient Administration Officer
Performs medical administrative duties in various departments or services of hospitals to include: posting administrative entries in medical records; scheduling patients for medical board action; monitoring long-term patient rosters; maintaining patient workload data from subordinate services; audits medical records for quality control based on the nature of care and treatment given; releases medical information, answers inquiries and provides information from medical records to requesting parties as authorized.


70E Patient Administration AOC
Supervises four Veterans Affairs employees; establishes and maintains accountability and inventory of Medical and Dental records during mobilization and demobilization process; registers mobilization and demobilization Soldiers' data into Composite Health Care System (CHCS); updates Soldier medical and dental readiness information in MEDPROS Web Data Entry (MWDE); responsible for filing loose documents, mailing loose documents, and receiving records.


Patient Administration Officer 70E
Serves as administrator and custodian of Medical Records in the Patient Administration Division (PAD) of Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), the only hospital in the U.S. Army with a fully integrated MTOE and TDA dual mission that maintains a high readiness posture to support immediate transition to hostilities and contingencies for over 40,000 beneficiaries; provides guidance and training for Outpatient records operations and release of information correspondence; responsible for the accountability and maintenance of over 17,000 medical records; responsible for the well-being and professional development of three NCOs and two civilians.


Patient Administration Officer
Serves as Patient Administration Officer in a Brigade Support Medical Company in the ### Brigade Combat Team, ### Division charged with a world-wide rapid-deployment mission providing Echelon I and II Combat Health Support; responsible for patient administration, medical evacuations, and patient accountability; responsible for the training and readiness of 68 Soldiers as the Training and Operations Officer; responsible for the training, health, and welfare of two NCOs and three Soldiers.


Patient Movement Officer
Serves as the Patient Movement Officer for the only OCONUS Military, Level I Trauma Center in Europe; ensures mission supports first stop casualties from OEF and OND; supports over 400,000 beneficiaries; supervises and manages six assigned Soldiers; manages the coordination of the receiving and evacuation of all DOD civilian, contractor, and coalition forces through the aero-medical evacuation system; communicates with TPMRC to coordinate the Patient Movement Request process; oversees day to day operations of the Patient Movement Section.


Medical Task Force Patient Administrator
Serves as a Patient Administration Officer for a deployed Medical Task Force responsible for the leadership and management of 23 enlisted Soldiers; assists with operations conducted in split based operations at three level III facilities; provides support to Corps Level Coalition Maneuver Task Forces Soldiers, civilians, and detainees; responsible for patient administration operations, medical evacuations, patient accountability, and hospital admissions and dispositions; provides guidance and support to Casualty Liaison Teams and Medical Liaison NCOs; prepares and submits numerous Command reports.


Patient Administration Officer
Serves as the Patient Administration Officer, Patient Administration Division (PAD), USA MEDDAC, Fort Knox, a 31-bed medical facility with five outlying clinics, supporting 290,000 eligible beneficiaries across a six state geographical area; assists the Chief, PAD in planning, training, coordinating, and supervising 79 civilian personnel; ensures the accountability, welfare, and readiness of three NCOs and one Soldier; provides technical and administrative support to five division branches in the areas of personnel management, property accountability, and equipment procurement; manages a division budget of $3M.
