70H, Health Service Plans, Security, and Training Officer
serves as the principal advisor to commanders at all levels in the areas of field medical operations and evacuation; assists with directing and coordinating staff functions pertaining to health services plans, operations, intelligence, security, and training; advises the commander on the health, welfare, and morale of all Soldiers assigned within the company; prepares and provides operations orders (OPORDs) and operations plans (OPLANs) for Health Service Support; develops the capability of the organization to provide responsive Roles 1 and 2 AHS support; enhances the ability of the unit to deploy ISO Unified Land Operations, including Defense Support of Civil Authorities as directed by the Governor of Illinois; supports all guidance, initiatives, and directives of the commander.
