94A20 AVIATION TECH SUPPLY SERGEANT
Conducts inventories in a timely manner; delegates daily duties to a total of 7 junior soldiers and corporals; worked closely with Warrant Officers to execute smooth operation of the Technical Supply Section; ensured daily SSA pick-up and turn-in of parts on the Vlo6i; manages Transaction codes used for daily duties.





MOS 94A - Land Combat Electronic Missile System Repairer

Major Duties. The land combat electronic missile system repairer supervises or performs field level maintenance on the TOW and Dragon missile systems, the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS) and Javelin system. Duties for MOS 94A at each level of skill are:

MOSC 94A10. Performs quality control measures; inspects, tests, adjusts components to specific tolerances; determines faults and malfunctions in electronic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, optical, and electromechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, modules and circuit elements, with test equipment; repairs unserviceable items by removing and replacing defective components and parts; repairs unserviceable optical and infrared components by aligning, adjusting, removing, and replacing defective modules and assemblies; determines serviceability and disposition of defective assemblies, subassemblies, and parts; performs maintenance adjustments and repairs on job related tools and equipment; prepares maintenance and supply forms and reports; serves on inspection and maintenance teams.

MOSC 94A20. Performs and supervises duties in preceding skill level and provides technical guidance to junior grade personnel in the accomplishment of their duties; performs quality control measures; installs equipment modifications and provides technical assistance to supported units.

MOSC 94A30. Performs duties shown in preceding skill levels; establishes workloads and repair priorities; organizes work schedules, assigns duties, instructs subordinates in work techniques, and procedures for receipt, storage, inspection, testing, and repair of equipment; implements quality control and quality assurance measures and performs initial and final inspection of equipment maintenance; establishes and maintains maintenance records.
