Staff Sergeant Turner conceptualized and executed the first ever National Capital Region (NCR) wide Enlisted All Call, a historic event that brought together over 800 members from every branch of the Department of Defense. Through her exceptional planning and coordination with senior leaders, including the 316th Command Chief and Protocol office, she created a unique opportunity for the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman (SEAC) to engage with enlisted members. The SEAC was able to inform and educate attendees on the role and responsibilities of the SEAC, communicate the priorities of the Office of the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman, and provide insight into the future of warfighting and upcoming Professional Military Education initiatives. While her invitations to over 18 Senior Enlisted Leaders from 10 installations underscored her ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across the joint force, her tireless efforts ensured the event's success and promoted a culture of unity and cooperation among enlisted personnel. Staff Sergeant Turner's selfless dedication, creativity, and passion for enriching the lives of enlisted personnel have set a new standard for excellence in the NCR.
