Justifications:

1) Recently, structural repair (5L310) had multiple MDM, CLAT and OSRP requirements depleting the available manpower. This left the shops in a precarious situation regarding production execution. Chris has been instrumental to the cost centers to keep production flowing. He has been able to transition to workloads that would normally be executed by WG-10ā s senior technician and seamlessly executed without quality issues or missed schedules.

2) This work included Phoenix terminal which he suggested to start using a Multi tool to remove the old sealant. This proved to clean the sealant off the terminal better than the old way that used a hand scrapper. This new method made the sealing surface cleaner and less prone to rework.

3) Chris was able to execute these complex tasks with minimal supervision and/or tutoring expected for employees who are unfamiliar with this workload. His willingness to step in where needed and execute work that would otherwise be a struggle to produce has absolutely been the difference between meeting and slipping production schedules and mission-critical requirements.
