Fielding New Equipment Awards


Mr. Do has proven to be a cornerstone of the M2S2 Product Office and the Distributed Digital Receiver Exciter (DDREX) system. Mr. Do's coordination and direction of engineering activities across seven functional teams, despite significant supply chain and hardware challenges, were truly remarkable. He proactively identified and mitigated technical risks, skillfully resolved engineering conflicts, and generously mentored team members, culminating in a successful demonstration of end-to-end radar functionality prior to full hardware delivery -a feat that dramatically reduced system integration and test risk.




As Chief, Innovation Labs, 2nd Range Operations Squadron, he led engineering actions for fourteen launches and twenty air ops and acted as DO for seven launches. Saved a four billion dollar launch control center and protected two hundred lives from fire and electrocution hazards by directing power shutoff at the Western Range Operations Control Center. Led development of the Vandenberg $1.1M Crucible Innovation lab. Led a team of more than forty people to develop the base innovation strategy in support of $1K personnel and multiple joint and Department of the Air Force missions. Created the Delta Engagements Team to execute five hundred twenty nine leadership engagement events across 64 organizations.




The Site E team supported multiple installations and consistently exceeded all expectations. The Team deployed TDM to IP networking components, virtualization, CPS, and PDS-M upgrades to all CCIC2S Sensor Sites and Forward User locations. The team performed installation, testing, training, removal, and redline drawing creation for each location while working whatever hours were required for the effort. Their efforts contributed to meeting schedule and performance objectives, earning max incentive fee, and receiving operational acceptance for all fielded locations.




Meritorious service while serving as Military Systems Maintainer/Integrator Noncommissioned Officer, 2d Multi Domain Task Force. Sergrant Wright's exceptional dedication and technical expertise were instrumental in maintaining uninterrupted intelligence mission operations for TITAN systems. Their leadership as a key maintainer during the MCN-AE and TGS Fielding was instrumental in fortifying unit intelligence architecture and enhancing system capabilities. At the helm of information security initiatives, Sergeant Wright played a pivotal role in fortifying the United States Forces South Korea's defenses. By conducting compliance checks and meticulously cataloging electronic media, they maintained an impenetrable security posture. Their adept handling of setup, installation, and conversion processes significantly bolstered operational effectiveness and data security within the unit.

o developed an IPE training program adopted for incorporation throughout the 21st TSC AOR

o led ACN Mission in servicing customers within the European theater

o completed an upgrade of 262 ACN Systems, aiding in sustainability for aviation personnel operations >
