Meade, Maryland from XXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXX. During this period, Master Sergeant Katherine Harrison led the effort to counter the enemy's signal intelligence actions in active theaters. As the Squadron's first network exploitation analyst, she pursued foreign exploitation efforts, leading signals intelligence collection against sophisticated cyber threats and completing over 300 successful operations. While deployed to XX Base, Country, Sergeant Harrison led a six member Cryptologic Support Team, posturing signals intelligence assets that allowed Special Operations Forces to coordinate tactical operations, resulting in more than ten high value target captured or killed and twenty enemy combatants killed in action. Finally, Sergeant Harrison published three technical reports outlining hostile extremist media exploits that enabled cyber operations against high value targets. The distinctive accomplishments of Master Sergeant Harrison reflect credit upon herself, the 70th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing and the United States Army.




As a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst in ### Company, ###th Military Intelligence Battalion, SPC Snuffy completed more than 100 timely, detailed, and effective products for one-time and enduring Requests For Information (RFI) for various customers. Her quality assurance/quality control role ensured that the work of her peers exceeded standards before reaching its destination. Her diligence and dedication were instrumental in creating and maintaining strong partnerships with our customers throughout the Theater.




SSG Connors planned and executed simulated tactical intelligence training missions, which required the joint use of imagery, geospatial, and signals intelligence for 66 Soldiers within HHD and Alpha Company. SSG Connors demonstrated superior communication abilities and coordinated well with HHD staff and Alpha Company to accomplish the mission.




Meritorious service while serving as Signals Intelligence Analyst, 693rd Intelligence Support Squadron (ISS), 693rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group, Ramstein Air Base, Germany from XXXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXXX. During this period, Staff Sergeant Randall A. Knox ensured the security of the Distributed Common Ground System, Signals Intelligence Mission Management System by reviewing over one million audit entries, performing consistent log backups, and documenting system changes on the $77 million weapon system. Additionally, his dedication and knowledge in performing Compliance and Accreditation inspections caused him to be hand selected for subsequent site installations and upgrades, increasing three Combat Commands Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance capabilities by 20 percent. Furthermore, Sergeant Knox demonstrated unprecedented diligence in administering the unit's Safety program, resulting in a 100 percent compliance rating during the Compliance Inspection. The distinctive accomplishments of Staff Sergeant Knox reflect credit upon himself, the 693rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group and the United States Army.




Meritorious service while serving as Section Chief, Analysis and National Tactical Integration, 25th Intelligence Squadron, 361st Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group, Hurlburt Field, Florida from XXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXX. During this period, the professional skill, leadership and ceaseless efforts of Master Sergeant Scott G. Tower resulted in major contributions to the effectiveness and success of Air Force special operations. Sergeant Tower oversaw analysis activities supporting special operation missions from Southeast Asia to Northern Africa, providing over 500 deployed man-days to over five hundred SILENT SHIELD missions, prosecuting 678 objectives, resulting in the elimination of 345 enemy fighters. Sergeant Tower also managed the transformation of Air Force Special Operations Command's National-Tactical Integration cell, building an organic, around-the-clock signals intelligence capability, making an immediate impact on forward operations by answering 234 time critical requests for information. He also supervised the squadron's critical item identification and reporting program, certifying and recertifying more than 350 personnel ensuring essential compliance with National Security Agency statutes. Master Sergeant Tower's dedication and devotion to duty is in keeping with the finest traditions of the Army and reflects great credit upon himself, the 25th Intelligence Squadron and the United States Army.

Specialist Ronald. B. Meyers, United States Army, distinguished himself by exceptional analytical performance while serving as a Signals Intelligence Analyst from 13 February 2013 to 24 August 2013 supporting Air Force Office of Special Investigations EDET 2405 in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM XIII. During this period, Specialist Meyers' tireless devotion to duty and superb technical knowledge were instrumental in the apprehension of one of Task Force Defender's Top 10 targets, OBJECTIVE THREAT MAVERICK. Specialist Meyers was responsible for the development, tracking, and reporting of THREAT MAVERICK and his timely dissemination of tactical intelligence resulted in the successful combat operation that led to the subject's arrest. The distinctive accomplishments of Specialist Meyers reflect great credit upon himself, his unit, and the United States Air Force.
