SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR (S6)

SGT Liu wrote a process in order to rebuild the 35F10 Student sharedrive that he assisted in developing and established simple procedures to access for 520 students and over 100 instructors at any given time allowing the transfer of classroom and testable information. This commitment to the mission prevented 160 hours of lost POI time for the 35F Committee. His extensive knowledge of the system resulted in shortening the time to build the sharedrive by 95% versus the weeks it took for the previous version employed.

SGT Liu was selected by US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) G6 to be an Enhanced Trusted Agent. With this additional duty, SGT Liu issued over 3200 SIPR tokens to the 35F10 Trainees. This has better prepared them for their first duty assignment, as well as facilitated the transition to Authenticated User accounts for the Trainees achieving USAICoE CG's guidance for two fiscal years. SGT Liu completed this transition with zero loss to POI for a total of 180 Trainees and paved the road for all future classes.

SGT Liu was an invaluable asset while assigned to the 305th Battalion S6, serving as a Systems Integrator. He ensured timely action and decision-making on all trouble calls and actions request by the Battalion. In his tenure, SGT Liu resolved 962 Remedy Tickets and completed over 400 administrative actions on behalf of the BN S6. SGT Liu ensured that each of the 300 Cadre members welcomed by the battalion over the last three years had the accounts needed in time to be trained by Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course

SGT Liu was entrusted by the Battalion Commander to design and overhaul the 305th MI BN Phase Badge system for the IET Soldiers. SGT Liu single handedly produced 1600 badges within 4 days from the original tasking and 2 months ahead of schedule allowing the immediate implementation and circulation. SGT Liu went above the scope of his duties by adding critical information on the badges for easy reference by Soldiers. His efforts directly increased the efficiency of the BN to identify and process IET Soldiers.
