Detachment Commander
For exceptionally meritorious service while serving as DETACHMENT COMMANDER, 346th PSY-C (A). During this period, Captain Heinemann led a Tactical Psychological Operations Team in support of 404th CA BN Operation Taino Warrior, synchronizing PSYOP effects across friendly elements. He and his team exceeded assigned training objectives, producing three validated products and assessments that directly increased force readiness. His decisive leadership and expert planning increased unit interoperability and integration, enabling accelerated mission tempo and mission success. Combat Stress Control
He provided psychological oversight and guidance to 11 Forward Operating Bases, advised 72 commanders, and 65 medical personnel while supporting 15,000 U.S. and coalition forces as the sole psychiatry technician for the Kabul base cluster.
