CW2 Pickens rapidly transitioned into the Supply Officer role, assisting with the planning and execution of the change of command inventories. CW2 Pickens was responsible for the identification, location, serviceability, and accountability of over 700 pieces of equipment, valued in excess of $55 million. She was instrumental in these successful inventories, maintaining one hundred percent accountability and sustaining zero losses of equipment throughout the process.
