For meritorious service as Motor Pool Chief in support of GWOT operations from XXXXX XXXX to XXXXX XXXX. Serving outside the scope of his assigned duties, MSG Corgoran used his initiative and researched how to turn in Theater provided equipment (TPE) and AMCOM property (TEP). His proactive efforts resulted in over 3 million dollars worth of vehicles and equipment being turned in. Additionally, to sustain critical operations, MSG Corgoran completed 37 off-post part procurements missions to Kuwait City and successfully negotiated the special purchase of mission essential parts. These parts were vital to the SSA's mission and restored all of the SSA's forklifts to 100% fully mission capable. The accomplishments of MSG Corgoran bring great credit upon himself, the SSA and the United States Army.




As the G33 section Motor Pool NCOIC, SSG Brown was mission essential to conducting outload, deployment and redeployment of the Assault Command Post vehicles and equipment for SR25. SSG Brown successfully maintained accountability and serviceability of 11 pieces of rolling stock and various other pieces of equipment for the 82nd Command Team, a value of $2,750,000. Without him, the assault command post vehicle would not have successfully deployed, enabling the Division Assault Command Post to run operations in an austere environment.
