While still accomplishing daily missions above standard, she continuously worked during her personal time over a period of two weeks to complete the intricate Pentagon Gingerbread House. The finished product received accolades from the senior Army leaders and their guests during the holiday season.




SGT Whiny completed more than 44 day and night ammo and personnel movement missions in support of 1-502D Infantry Regiment during his time at Fort Campbell with 2BCT. He spent countless hours at the Ammunition Supply Point ensuring each company in the Battalion received their ammunition in a timely manner. SPC JOE displayed tremendous devotion to physical fitness by pushing himself through countless hours of extra physical training during personal time. He set himself above his peers by earning a score of 300 plus recurrent on his past two, Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT). Exceeding the minimum number of 60 points in each event. SPC Lautrup inspired others in the squad to include his team leader to put forth maximum effort into their own training and resulted in the squad's (APFT) average increasing from 250 to 278 plus points.
