DUTY PERFORMANCE:
SPC Lopez demonstrated exceptional dedication by winning the Soldier of the Month Board on 31 July 2025. He consistently shows initiative and a strong desire to grow in the Army, dedicating personal time to study for both the board and future promotion opportunities. He is a reliable Soldier who executes tasks promptly when given guidance and maintains a strong work ethic across all assigned duties.
PHYSICAL FITNESS:
SPC Lopez puts in effort during PT hours and remains disciplined in improving his physical readiness. His motivation and consistency are evident, and I encourage him to continue developing a balanced regimen that includes strength and endurance training to prepare for the next ACFT and unit runs.
ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY:
SPC Lopez is consistently at the right place, at the right time, in the right uniform. I have had no issues with his timeliness or accountability this month. He sets a strong example for his peers by maintaining the standard daily.
DEVELOPMENT:
SPC Lopez has expressed interest in furthering his career by continuing to study and prepare for the promotion board. I fully support this ambition and am available to assist him in getting ready, whether it's for another competition or a future leadership opportunity.
