SUBJECT: Completion of Annual SHARP Training
I completed the annual Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) training on 25 April 2026 in fulfillment of Army annual SHARP training requirements. The training covered the purpose, intent, required training modules, supporting materials, participant guidance, facilitator guidance, training accountability, additional SHARP training tools, and the Army 8-Step Training Model and its application.
Training topics included prevention, bystander intervention, sexual harassment, sexual assault, retaliation, additional SHARP resources and references, and DA Civilian Sexual Harassment/Assault reporting procedures and possible consequences. Completion of this training satisfies annual military SHARP training requirements.
