MEMORANDUM FOR Commander, 328th Logistics Support Battalion
SUBJECT: Request for Excusal from Annual Training, 8-22 April 2027
1. I respectfully request to be excused from Annual Training scheduled for 8 April 2027 through 22 April 2027 due to required academic obligations during my final semester of nursing school.
2. During this period, I will be completing required nursing clinical rotations and final examinations. These clinical and academic requirements are mandatory components of my nursing program and are necessary for successful completion of my degree.
3. Missing required clinical hours or final examinations during my last semester could negatively affect my ability to complete course requirements and graduate as scheduled. Due to the nature of the nursing program, clinical experiences have limited opportunities for rescheduling or make-up.
4. I remain committed to fulfilling my military responsibilities and respectfully request consideration for excusal from this Annual Training period in order to complete the final requirements of my nursing education.
5. Supporting documentation from my nursing program, including my academic, clinical, and examination schedules, can be provided upon request.
