MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
SUBJECT: Supervisor Endorsement for SSG MYRIAM Y. SPANGLER
1. Purpose. The purpose of this memorandum is to fully endorse the availability and commitment for the above applicant for the Army Comptroller Course (ACC 27-I). The course provides multi-disciplined financial and resource management overview. The course blends DoD and Army resource management techniques, process integration, managing processes, resources management under the constitution and the latest management techniques.
2. Commitment. I understand this course starts on 30th November 2026 and ends 11 December 2026.
a. The course is scheduled to virtual with classes conducted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
b. The course is centrally funded.
c. The student is expected to attend upon acceptance. The student is expected to complete all assignments and exams as prescribed by the course requirements.
