1. I am 2LT Trevon L. Harris, Platoon Leader, 568th Medical Company Ground Ambulance. I directly supervise PFC Trevor A. Ezaga across clinical, maintenance, and field operations and have assessed his potential as a commissioned officer.
2. PFC Ezaga consistently demonstrates exceptional duty, accountability, and initiative beyond his grade. As Alternate Fleet Manager, he tracked maintenance for twelve Front Line Ambulances (FLAs), initiating work orders for 100% of Non-Mission Capable (NMC) vehicles, significantly improving unit readiness and reporting.
3. In his role as a screener and nursing assistant, PFC Ezaga supported an average of 34 patients daily over three months, totaling care for more than 2,000 personnel while maintaining efficiency and professionalism in a high-tempo environment.
4. During Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training, PFC Ezaga led instruction for 64 Korean Service Corps personnel, achieving a 100% certification pass rate.
5. PFC Ezaga actively supported Soldier and Family Readiness Group (SFRG) events, sustaining attendance above 90% over nine months during continuous training cycles, including KRF 15/16, PMF25, Dragon Lift 25, and UFS25. His commitment to fostering morale and cohesion reflects his loyalty and dedication.
6. PFC Ezaga builds trust, leads by example, and performs at a level comparable to junior noncommissioned officers, demonstrating Army Values and the discipline and judgment of a future officer. I strongly recommend him for Officer Candidate School upon completion of his bachelor's degree in December 2026, projected March 2027.
