Battalion Senior Human Resources Sergeant
Serves as the Battalion Senior Human Resources Sergeant responsible for the personnel administration of an Adjutant General Battalion consisting of 6 companies, 1200 students, 55 civilians and 180 cadre; manages the daily operations of the Battalion S1 to include Promotions, Finance, Awards, Strength Management, and assisting the Battalion S1 in all HR planning and operations; responsible for the health, welfare and training of 1 NCO and 4 Soldiers; responsible for accountability of MTOE equipment in excess of $650,000.


42A Senior Human Resources NCO
Senior Human Resources Noncommissioned Officer for the 451ST Civil Affairs Battalion responsible for 193 personnel; directly responsible for planning, directing, and managing all HR competencies; supervises and manages the processing and tracking of all Personnel Actions, Awards, NCOERs, Promotions, Suspension of Favorable Actions, Leaves and Passes, Changes of Command, Award Ceremonies and Military Pay; responsible for all Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting; responsible for the Accountability and readiness of assigned personnel to include the direct supervision of 3 NCOs and 6 Soldiers.


Senior Human Resources NCO
Serves as the Senior Human Resources NCO, as a Junior NCO, for the Combat Support Hospital consisting of more than 270 personnel dispersed throughout ARCENTCOM; advises the CSH Adjutant and the Command and Staff on Human Resource actions; directly responsible for planning, directing, and managing all HR competencies; supervises and manages the processing and tracking of all personnel actions, awards, promotions, leaves and passes, Change of Command, award ceremonies and military pay; responsible for timely Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting; directly responsible for the health, welfare, safety, and professional development of two Junior Soldiers; maintains accountability of over $22K worth of equipment.


42A4O Senior Human Resources Sergeant
Ensures all documents are filed properly in MPF & Medical records; ensures Soldiers audit their MPF annually; prepares award documents as required; ensures ARIMS files are managed properly; ensures additional duties book is kept current; supervises the preparation of NCOER and OER shells; prepares command memorandums as required; ensures promotion packets are properly prepared; supervises and trains subordinates; performs other administrative duties as assigned.


42A40 SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES SERGEANT (G1)
Administrative supervisor in the Officer Strength Management Division for Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE); responsible for managing, reviewing, and processing all Officer personnel actions; assists with strength accounting and management of approximately 7,000 Soldiers; monitors Officer gains and losses; builds Officer requisitions and maintains current fill status; manages Officer personnel readiness for the MCoE; manages DA 6 for Officer; interacts daily with the Human Resources Command (HRC), and installation DHR on Officer personnel matters; updates the BOLC A and BOLC B instructors reports.


Senior Human Resources Sergeant
Serves as the Senior Human Resources Non-Commissioned Officer for the 1/321st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade, 98th Division; the largest battalion in the division consisting of nine companies and more than 250 personnel dispersed over five cities in two states. Directly responsible for planning, directing, and managing all HR competencies; supervises and manages the processing and tracking of all Personnel Actions, Awards, NCOERs, Promotions, Suspension of Favorable Actions, Leaves and Passes, Change of Command, Award Ceremonies and Military Pay; responsible for timely Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting; responsible for the Accountability and readiness of all assigned personnel to include the direct supervision of six NCOs and Soldiers.


Senior Human Resources Sergeant
Serves as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant for the Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) Command Group on all administrative matters; directly responsible for 4 Soldiers in the distribution and supervision of general administrative duties and transportation requirements for the Command Group; plans and organizes office operations to include calendar, travel itineraries, and reservations for the Commanding General, Command Sergeant Major, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff; reviews and edits all correspondence prior to submission for Commanding General's signature; responsible for Military Pay; responsible for timely Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting; responsible for the Accountability; responsible for equipment values in excess of $75K.


Senior Human Resources Sergeant
Serves as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant for the largest Battalion sized Aviation unit in the Army consisting of over 750 personnel; responsible for planning, directing, and managing all HR competencies; supervises and manages the processing and tracking of all Personnel Actions, Awards, NCOERs, Promotions, Suspension of Favorable Actions, Leaves and Passes, Change of Command, Award Ceremonies and Military Pay; responsible for timely Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting; responsible for the Accountability and readiness of all assigned and attached personnel, to include direct supervision of one NCO and four Troopers.


Senior Human Resources Sergeant- 42A40
Serves as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant for a Theater Sustainment Command, Special Troops Battalion consisting of over 530 Soldiers; liaison between HRC, USARPAC G1 and 8th TSC G1; responsible for planning, directing, and managing all HR competencies; supervises and manages the processing and tracking of all personnel actions, awards, evaluations, promotions, finance, leaves and passes, personnel accounting, strength reporting, and readiness of all assigned and attached personnel; directly responsible for the health, welfare, safety, and professional development of six NCOs and ten Soldiers; maintains accountability of over $900,000 worth of equipment.


42A4O2S - Senior Human Resource Sergeant (Battalion)
Serves as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant for the 1st Battalion, 5th Field Artillery, 1/1 ID, consisting of 655 personnel; responsible for planning, directing, and managing all HR competencies; supervises and manages the processing and tracking of all Personnel Actions, Awards, NCOERs, Promotions, Flags, Leaves and Passes, and Military Pay; responsible for timely Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting; responsible for the accountability and readiness of all assigned and attached personnel, to include supervision of nine NCOs and seventeen Soldiers; maintains accountability of equipment valued in excess of $2,000,000.


42A5O2S Brigade Senior Human Resources Sergeant
Brigade S1 NCOIC for a multi-compo Intelligence Brigade consisting of over 1,600 active duty military, reserve and civilian personnel in five battalions dispersed throughout the Republic of Korea; leads and mentors 11 NCOs, Soldiers, and three Korean Augmentees to the U.S. Army (KATUSA); responsible for $375k of equipment and five vehicles; provides direction for enlisted Personnel Readiness Management (PRM) and interfaces with the BDE CSM; technical expert on Personnel Information Management (PIM); conducts human resources (HR) planning, operations, services, and supervises the execution of all other HR mission essential tasks within the BDE.


42A50 BDE SR HR NCO
Brigade S1 NCOIC for the 3d Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division; responsible for the morale, training, welfare, discipline, and professional development of five NCOs and four Soldiers; advises the Brigade Adjutant and other Staff Sections on personnel activities, readiness and the Brigade Strength levels for over 5200 Soldiers; provides assistance to the Brigade Command Sergeant Major in the planning, implementation, and execution of all personnel administration functions throughout the brigade; provides guidance on actions, Evaluation Reports, finance transactions, leaves, promotions, and awards; responsible for over $4,000,000 worth of equipment.
