Human Resources Officer
Responsible for the administration, morale and welfare of over 30 officers, NCOs,and Department of the Army Civilians; maintains daily personnel accountability and reporting; maintains hand receipt and equipment accountability; tracks and monitors internal and external correspondence: OERS, NCOERs, awards, leaves and passes, taskers, and congressionals; maintains division rosters, manages administrative duties.




Human Resources (HR) Technical Officer
Human Resources (HR) Technical Officer responsible for executing overall HR services and administrative support functions for an Airborne Infantry Brigade Combat Team (BCT) comprised of over 3,500 personnel; primary advisor to the Brigade S-1 on all HR matters; manages the Brigade S-1 Human Resources Services & Support (HRSS) section; provides guidance to Battalion S1 sections, and ensures operational compliance with HR support functions; manages administrative processing of military evaluations, decorations and awards, promotions and individual personnel actions; maintains and updates individual Soldier records; additionally serves as Site Survey Manager for the Common Access Card system and as Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO); supervises six Human Resources paratroopers.




Manpower Branch HR Technician, USARAF
Manpower Branch HR Technician for United States Army Africa (USARAF), the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) for United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM); consisting of over 2,000 civilian and military personnel while strategically engaged in direct support to operations in the continent of Africa; serves as the Subject Matter Expert on all HR related policies, procedures, and systems by providing technical assistance to the ASCC G1, Directorate Principals, and the Command Group; responsible for managing the USARAF Awards program, processing award recommendations and coordinating with USAHRC Awards Branch and USAREUR G1 for higher level awards; is the focal point for eMILPO, TOPMIS II, and EDAS within the command; additional duties include Voting Assistance, Publications Officer, and MACOM PAS Chief.




Brigade Assistant S-1/ Officer Strength Manager
Serves as the assistant S-1 for a Force Entry Aviation Brigade (UA) consisting of six battalions and a Headquarters Company with approximately 2900 Soldiers and advises the Command Group and subordinate unit S-1 personnel on human resources issues involving readiness, personnel accounting and strength reporting, casualty operations, replacement operations, and essential personnel services to include officer evaluations, finance, officer promotions and personnel actions; leads and mentors a combat ready Human Resource Management Center consisting of 11 enlisted Soldiers who are responsive to the Division's worldwide deployment mission.
