UH-60M Technical Inspector
Serves as a UH-60M Technical Inspector (TI) in an Assault Helicopter Battalion maintenance company supporting 30 UH-60M aircraft valued in excess of 300 million dollars; performs technical inspections and monitors the quality control program on aircraft systems and subsystems; assists in the troubleshooting and inspection of aircraft systems, subsystems, and components according to all applicable technical publications and regulations; provides technical guidance on safety procedures with adherence to all maintenance practices; maintains 30 sets of aircraft historical forms and records.


91B3O/Technical Inspector
Maintains quality standards by evaluating incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; approves incoming materials by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests; rejects and returns unacceptable materials; approves in-process production; communicates required adjustments to production supervisor; approves finished products; returns products for re-work; documents inspection results in reports and logs; summarizes re-work and waste; inputs data into quality database; maintains safe and healthy work environment; completes related tasks as needed.


Aviation Maintenance Technical Inspector
Serves as Aviation Maintenance Technical Inspector; provides maintenance guidance to Aviation Branch Chief and monitors maintenance performance of helicopter mechanics, ground support, aircraft attendants, and contractor personnel for assigned aircraft; ensures maintenance standards are met IAW established policies, manuals, and instruments; ensures proper maintenance techniques are used; maintains the aircraft technical library, publications files, aircraft log books, TWX file, calibration monitor files, and recurring reports; flies aboard a helicopter as part of the flight crew.
