DURING THIS PERIOD, HE DRAFTED 610 TIME SENSITIVE REPORTS AND 470 TECHNICAL SUMMARIES AND RESPONDED TO OVER 11,000 URGENT REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION. ADDITIONALLY, AS A SICOR OPERATOR, HE COLLECTED, TRACKED, AND ANALYZED 777 SELECTORS OF INTEREST, RESULTING IN 39 CONFIRMED HIGH VALUED TARGETS. DURING THIS PERIOD, SERGEANT TALMADGE LED 31 JOINT PERSONNEL IN THE STRATEGIC ANALYSIS OF 7,890 SIGNALS OF INTEREST, THE PRODUCTION OF 889 INTELLIGENCE PRODUCTS, AND DEVELOPED FIVE NEW COLLECTION STRATEGIES WHICH IMPROVED INDICATIONS AND WARNING TO DEPLOYED ASSETS. AS COLLECTION MANAGER, SHE PROVIDED ADVISORY TASKINGS TO 13 PLATFORMS AND FULFILLED 230 REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION, INCREASING SITUATIONAL AWARENESS IN THE PACIFIC FLEET. FURTHER, SHE LED A TEAM OF 16 SAILORS DEPLOYED FOR 189 DAYS, PRODUCING 700 INTELLIGENCE PRODUCTS WHICH IMPROVED READINESS IN THE FIFTH AND SEVENTH FLEET AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY. PETTY OFFICER PAULSON'S LEADERSHIP AND TECHNICAL PRECISION LED TO THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND DISSEMINATION OF 1,156 SIGNALS OF INTEREST AND THE RELEASE OF OVER 500 TECHNICAL REPORTS IN SUPPORT OF NATIONAL AND THEATER LEVEL OBJECTIVES. IN ADDITION, SHE DEVELOPED 20 OPERATOR GUIDES AND PROVIDED 300 HOURS OF INSTRUCTION AND PRACTICAL TRAINING, CULMINATING IN A FIFTY PERCENT INCREASE IN RAPID SIGNAL IDENTIFICATION AND ACCURACY. MOREOVER, SHE CULTIVATED TECHNICAL AND ANALYTICAL RESOURCES OF REGIONAL PARTNERS WHILE IMPROVING INFORMATION FLOW. FINALLY, PETTY OFFICER PAULSON WAS SELECTED AS AN INDIVIDUAL AUGMENTEE TO LEAD ONE OF TWO MOBILE SIGNALS VEHICLES FOR COMMANDER STRIKE FORCE TRAINING ATLANTIC (CSFTL).
