Scheduling Changes E-mails

Subject: In/Out Processing Time

In order to better serve our customers, the CPF has set aside specific hours for unit in/out processing. Effective immediately, in/out processing will be conducted Monday-Friday from 0900-1000 by appointment only. All individuals should contact the CPF at least one day in advance to ensure they have all required documents. This change has been implemented to allow for smoother and more efficient in/out processing. Walk-in service for in/out processing will no longer be available. Direct questions to 1LT Harborson at 1-2345."

Have a great Army day!

Subject: Changes in XVIIIABC Reveille and Retreat Times

ALL,

Effective tomorrow morning, the XVIIIABC will sound Reveille at 0500 (instead of 0630) and sound Retreat at 1700 (instead of 1830).

Because of the requirement to pay proper respect to Reveille and Retreat when conducting PT, I suggest those units conducting PT during these times of 0500 and 1700 shift their schedules by a few minutes to prevent having to stop in the middle of a run.

Reminder...the 82d ABND will conduct their monthly Division run tomorrow morning. Expect traffic delays and pedestrian traffic where you might not normally see pedestrian traffic.
