Your Soldiers' Awards and NCOERs will not be late; this is taking care of Soldiers. Recognize your Soldiers for going above and beyond of what is expected of them. That is the reason for impact awards. Ensure your subordinates are completing their PME courses and encourage them to enroll in civilian education. Check up on your Soldiers frequently, at the barracks, their personal lives, their ERBs, their LESs, their finances, etc.




Ensure 100% support for all flight training missions. Provide the field with the best Air Traffic Controllers in the world. Develop leaders of character who are ready and resilient to face the rigors of the Profession of Arms. Be a leader of character; generate war-fighting capability. Manage risk.
