The past 3-4 months have been extremely busy in regards to turnover of personnel within our units, and that has also led to quite a bit of shifting with supervisory chain of command. As such, the rosters I use to accomplish a plethora of actions are far from accurate. That being said, I need to rectify this situation. Please provide the following to assist in this endeavor:
This tasker needs to be placed high on your priority scale and is all inclusive which means I need this information from each and every member of the various units beneath the 15FA umbrella. At the end of this month, I will send out a comprehensive listing based on the information you provide.
In closing, just reply to this email and attach the Privacy Act statement I included at the top of my message to your sensitive information.
Deadline for this information is one week from today: Wednesday, 20 Apr 11.
