LOGCAP Professional
Serves as Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) Support NCOIC and LOGCAP Professional (LCP), providing sustainment and base life contract support to the deployed Warfighter; embeds with supported units to analyze gaps in organic sustainment capabilities and assists the supported units with bringing LOGCAP capabilities to meet those requirements; liaisons with Regional Senior Commanders, Garrisons, Performance Contractors, and Administrative Contracting Officers to ensure services are provided on time, efficiently, and to standard; advises the requiring activity on sustainment services IOT "Support the Warrior!"
First Sergeant
Serves as First Sergeant for a Headquarters and Headquarters Company in the Army Sustainment Command; responsible for the health, welfare, training, morale and professional development of 251 Soldiers; responsible for promoting and executing the commander's vision and imperatives; assists and advises the commander on all enlisted matters; responsible for planning, coordination and executing quality training for Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) and South West Asia (SWA) predeployment training; responsible for the care and maintenance of all assigned equipment valued in excess of $355,000.
