Duty Descriptions

G1 Brigade Strength Manager
Serves as Administrative supervisor in the Officer Strength Management Division for Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE); manages, reviews, and processes all Officer personnel actions; assists with strength accounting and management of approximately 7,000 Soldiers; monitors Officer gains and losses; researches and builds Officer requisitions and maintains current fill status; manages Officer personnel readiness for the MCoE; manages DA 6 for Officers; interacts daily with the Human Resources Command (HRC) and installation DHR on Officer personnel matters; updates the BOLC A and BOLC B instructors reports.




Brigade Strength Manager
Serves as S-1 and Brigade Strength Manager for a Force Entry Aviation Brigade consisting of six battalions and a Headquarters Company with approximately 2700 Soldiers; advises the Command Group and subordinate unit S-1 personnel on human resources issues involving readiness, personnel accounting and strength reporting, casualty operations, replacement operations, and personnel services to include officer evaluations, finance, officer promotions and personnel actions; leads and mentors a combat ready Human Resource Management Center consisting of 13 enlisted Soldiers who are responsive to the Division's worldwide deployment mission.




NCOIC, Enlisted Strength Management
Performs duties as the Enlisted Strength Management NCOIC for the XVIII Airborne Corps G1, Strength Management Division (SMD) comprised of over 105,000 Soldiers across four divisions, eight brigades and a special troops battalion located on six separate installations; manages requisitions, allocations, assignments, diversions, intra-post transfers (IPT), and orders for over 40,000 Fort Bragg and tenant unit Soldiers; coordinates with Human Resources Command (HRC) for Soldiers reassignments, issues, deferments, and deletions; coordinates stop-move requests for all units within XVIII Airborne Corps; assists the Corps Command Group with processing and distribution of senior enlisted promotions selection board results.




Brigade Enlisted Strength Manager
Serves as Senior HR NCO of a Force Entry Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB) consisting of six battalions and a Headquarters Company with approximately 2900 Soldiers; serves as the Brigade strength manager and advisor to the Brigade S1, the Brigade Command Group, and subordinate unit S1 personnel on all strength management issues; actively involved in the daily operations of the Brigade S1; leads and mentors a deployed HR Management Center consisting of three NCOs and four junior enlisted Soldiers in the performance of their HR duties in a combat theater.
