o singlehandedly admonished and destroyed the S3 team; led with an attitude of accountability only towards those she outranked

o promoted a people last initiative successfully destroying the morale of the 212th COSC

o counseled subordinates for not being present at unit physical training, yet routinely went to the gym because she is "above accountability"

o worst detachment sergeant the 212th COSC has ever seen; promote to civilian now, ahead of peers

o a complete joke of an NCO; consistently turned her Soldiers against one another in attempts to promote her own agenda; ANA are more trustworthy
