25H10 Test Control Officer
Serves as the Test Control Officer for all testing actions and requests within the Division; ensures testing facilities meet regulatory guidelines for security as required by regulations; ensures procedures are in place to safeguard and account for controlled test materials as they are received, stored, administered, and scored; conducts test inventories and reports any access violation or compromise; develops testing schedules and Standard Operating Procedures; oversees testing staff to ensure proper test administration and processing to include all tests administered by contract test administrators.
MEPS Test Control Officer
Manages the overall testing program at the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) and supervises test material receipt, storage, protection, issue, administration, scoring, and destruction IAW AR 601-222; schedules and administers paper and pencil Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) tests for enlistment test sessions at Mobile Examining Team (MET) and conducts automated testing on Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT) terminals at the MEPS; conducts special purpose tests given at the MEPS for service specific occupational classification of applicants.
Test Control Officer
Serves as the Test Control Officer for the Division; safeguards and accounts for controlled test materials as they are received, stored, administered, and scored; ensures testing facilities meet regulatory guidelines for security and favorable testing environment; ensures only authorized personnel handle accountable test materials; ensures Soldiers understand their test requirements; develops testing schedules and Standard Operating Procedures; oversees testing staff to ensure proper test administration, scoring, and record processing.
