For exceptionally meritorious service while serving as Senior Customs Border Clearance Agent and Quality Control Inspector for the 405th Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB), Logistics Readiness Center Benelux from March 2024 to September 2025. During this period, Mr. Moran completed over 420 site inspections, providing critical support to service members and families transitioning overseas, averting erroneous charges to the U.S. Government and ensuring cost-effective transport methods. Additionally, he oversaw inspections at the Port of Antwerp, ensuring compliance with USDA mandates for U.S.-bound cargo valued at more than 1.5 trillion dollars. His adherence to standards forced carriers to maintain Tender of Service integrity, averting 236,000 dollars in excess fees. Finally, his leadership facilitated the reconstruction of a vital transportation facility following a devastating fire. Mr. Moran's outstanding contributions reflect great credit upon himself, the 405th Logistics Readiness Center, USAG Brussels and the United States Army.
