PFC Arno's team's exceptional commitment to duty shone brightly during Gunnery, where they seamlessly juggled multiple taskings without complaint. Their integral role in dismounted movements during FTX and LFX significantly bolstered unit effectiveness and operational success. PFC Arno's unwavering dedication to mission accomplishment and team support exemplified the finest Army traditions. Through their actions, they not only enhanced unit performance but also inspired fellow Soldiers to strive for excellence in all endeavors.



SPC Zepeda demonstrated exceptional leadership during PLT LFX 2025 by taking initiative and exceptionally leading his dismount team. He showed strong situational awareness, ensuring his team was prepared for the challenges ahead. By setting conditions for multiple operations, SPC Zepeda proactively contributed to mission success. His clear communication, focus on objectives, and ability to foster teamwork kept the team adaptable and ready. His leadership played a crucial role in the overall success of the exercise and proved to be a key asset throughout.



Specialist Legg demonstrated commendable service within 1st Platoon, Nemesis troop, 4th Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment. His remarkable dedication significantly contributed to the successful mobilization of Operation Victory Vigilance and Operation Griffon Shock. Displaying exceptional initiative, Specialist Legg capably managed communication duties, showcasing unparalleled responsibility and leadership throughout both operations.



During Dragoon Ready, while OPFOR were attempting to overrun Kronos Troop, SPC Lambert took the initiative to carry and employ the Carl Gustaf recoilless rifle against an enemy tank company. Running long distances to fighting positions, and with minimal guidance, he destroyed six enemy vehicles and 10 enemy dismounts. His actions prevented the enemy from breaching Kronos lines. He set the example of a true professional amongst his peers due to his unwavering resolve to complete the mission during adverse conditions.



SFC Santiago prepared 36 Soldiers of 2nd Platoon in tactics and warfighting skills that led to the successful FY24 JRTC rotation where the Platoon received noteworthy remarks. As an evaluator for Squads Live Fire, SFC santiago's critics led to the successful validation of each squad of 2nd Platoon which was crucial in the Platoon's JRTC rotation preparation progression. As acting Platoon Leader during Assault Phase of JRTC, he led 2nd Platoon in the successful clearing of eastern section of a complex urban objective. His planning input was the primary reason 2nd Platoon was able to destroy three technical vehicles, neutralize a dismounted platoon-size element, that led to the successful repel of a company-size enemy force.



Spc Sward competed a successful NTC rotation, being a vital part of the dismount squad. Spc Sward was also a vital part of GST, training crews and giving technical knowledge of the 25mm bushmaster. He upheld the standard of what it means to be an Infantryman and went above and beyond when it came to physical fitness and proficiency in his assigned position in and out of the field environment. He demonstrated lethality and versatility by mastering both dismount and mounted positions in his platoon.
