MOS 12S Topographic Surveyor Awards

Outstanding achievement while serving as Topographic Surveyor for the 868th Engineer Company, Live Oak, Florida from XXXXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXXXX. During this period, Staff Sergeant Keller demonstrated superior leadership and efficiency while supporting mobilization training for Charlie Company, 111th Aviation Battalion during Operation Winter Blitz. Sergeant Keller devoted over 40 hours to the instruction of over 200 Soldiers in Army Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills. In addition, he quickly became a Subject Matter Expert on several Army Warrior Tasks over a short period of time which allowed the 779th Engineer Battalion to successfully complete its mission. Moreover, Sergeant Keller assumed responsibility for duties as a land surveyor to help complete a construction mission for the Camp Blanding Joint Training Center. Staff Sergeant Keller's sterling performance reflects great credit upon himself, the 868th Engineer Company, the Florida National Guard and the United States Army.
