Professional achievement while serving as a member of the team in support of Range Operations. During this period, Sergeant McNeal successfully and safely emplaced six Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles into a dudded impact area to be used as targets for the future M-SHORAD gunnery range. Soldiers on this team operated through a safe lane, avoiding unexploded ordinance (UXO), and emplaced targets on uneven and challenging terrain. Her contributions greatly enhanced the target array and level of training for 30mm and 7.62mm engagements on the range.
