Workcenter Supervisor
SGT Schneider challenged subordinates with tasks of increasing difficulty. His supportive supervision built a competent work force with soaring morale and his actions allowed Soldiers to achieve their potential. SGT Schneider directed the Recycle and Recovery Mission on Crane Army Ammunition Area in an exceptional manner. His direct leadership resulted in over 123 short tons of ammunition being recovered worth over $20M. In addition, when tasked with warehousing 5,789 pounds of ED96 bombs worth $30M, SGT Schneider crushed the expectations set by those around him and guided his team to complete this task in only a few days, marking their efficiency at well over 500%.
Maintenance Supervisor
Sergeant White has consistently demonstrated initiative by stepping up and making sure counselings were done on time and running section three in my absence. I don't have to worry about anything not getting done while he is in charge. Sergeant White is always motivating soldiers, whether it's during PT or just in passing. He always has a great attitude and is fair and impartial when recommending awards or punishment. Sergeant White did not hesitate to drop his top to motivate soldiers on their run for the ACFT, and in doing so, the Soldiers that had to retake the ACFT ended up shaving 2-3 minutess off their run.
