Failure to Report Counseling

On 20 April, a message was sent in the scheduled group chat at 1119 stating, "After lunch, everyone will be in the office at 1250, acknowledge when read." You acknowledged the message at 1122, confirming you where aware of the required report time and location at the MP Khoas office. During the lunch period (1130-1250), no communication was made until 1245, when you notified the group that you would be late. You stated that you had a hair appointment at 1200. Upon realizing you would be late, you did not have your phone on you and therefore did not notify your chain of command in a timely manner.

You failed to report at the designated time of 1250 and did not provide timely notification of your delay. This reflects a lack of effective time management and failure to communicate in accordance with expectations. You had sufficient opportunity to inform me and other leadership prior to departing for lunch or before leaving your phone in your car for your appointment. Proper planning and communication could have mitigated this issue.
