3) Engagement: Participate actively and share experiences

4) Accountability: Own your actions, complete assignments with integrity, and support teammates

5) Communication: Be direct, professional, and solution oriented

6) Appearance: Maintain AR 670-1

7) Digital Discipline: Use devices for course related work only

8) Team cohesion: Encourage, mentor, and aid your fellow 46Y peers


b. Goals:

1) Leader Development: Build senior NCOs with strong decision making and mentorship skills

2) Operational Readiness: Prepare to plan and lead Visual Information operations across all echelons

3) Strategic Communication: Align VI effects with Public Affairs and higher command priorities

4) Technical Expertise: Strengthen proficiency in multimedia production and emerging technology
