SUBJECT: Review of Bar To Continued Service for SPC Doe, John A.
1. On XX September 2019, I have reviewed the Bar to Continued Service (1st Review/2nd Review) on SPC Doe, John.
2. My decision is:
A.____ The Bar to Continued Service will remain in effect IAW AR 601-280, chap 8. A DA Form 4856 is attached informing the Soldier of this decision.
B.____ Recommend removal of the Bar to Continued Service. Supporting documentation to warrant removal is attached for the approval authority's decision IAW AR 601-280, chap 8.
C.____ The Bar to Continued Service will remain in effect. I will initiate separation procedure under AR 635-200, unless the Soldier has more than 18 years of Active Federal Service but less than 20 years IAW AR 601-280.
