MOS 79 Recruiting and Retention Awards

79R - Recruiter

SUPERIOR SERVICE AS UNIT RECRUITER AND RETENTION NCO FROM 1 MAY 2013 TO 30 MARCH 2014. STAFF SERGEANT CAITLINíS COMMITMENT TO SECTION III MISSION ACCOMPLISHMENT WITH 186 ACCESSIONS AND SELFLESS SERVICE IN SUPPORT OF THE RECRUITING & RETENTION BATTALION DURING CRITICAL TIMES HAS BEEN PARAMOUNT TO THE GROWTH AND SUCCESS OF THE UNIT. STAFF SERGEANT CAITLINíS PERFORMANCE DURING THIS TIME PERIOD BRINGS GREAT CREDIT UPON HIMSELF, THE UNIT, AND THE PUERTO RICO ARMY NATIONAL GUARD.


Recruiter

During this period, the professional skill, leadership, and ceaseless efforts of Staff Sergeant Cotton contributed to the effectiveness and success of the Ingram Park Recruiting Center and the West San Antonio Recruiting Company. His recruiting center maintained the highest mission success rate and the lowest Future Soldier loss rate in the battalion during his 22 month tenure. Staff Sergeant Cotton's performance reflects great credit upon himself, the Ingram Park Recruiting Center, the West San Antonio Recruiting Company and the United States Army.


Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) Cadre

Sergeant Erlich played an integral role in recruiting, sustaining and enlisting personnel into the Virginia Army National Guard. Sergeant Erlich mentored over 100 new recruits supported by the Virginia Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion and ensured they were physically, mentally, and emotionally prepared to face the challenges of Basic Combat Training. His high level of involvement upheld the unit's high success rate and the readiness of the total force. Sergeant Erlich's oustanding achievement and devotion to duty reflect favorably upon himself, the Virginia Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion and the U.S. Army.
